He began his career in 1996 and has since worked with world-renowned hospitality brands such as Hilton, Jumeirah, Armani Hotel at Burj Khalifa, and Cinnamon Hotels in Colombo, as well as for Tsukiji Uoichi, a celebrated Japanese restaurant group based in Tokyo and Kanagawa. A true specialist in Japanese cuisine, he masterfully combines traditional flavors with modern presentation and a contemporary twist. His dedication to quality and perfection can be tasted in every dish, from elegant sushi to refined fusion creations.
